"The reception staff was exceptional. They couldn’t have been more pleasant, responsive and helpful in reapinnding to our questions and offering suggestions. The only criticism was that the rooms were a bit dark which may be due to the age of the hotel which was otherwise imoeccibly maintained. Overall, however, great stay. "

Room comfotable and spacious, great shower and bathroom. Very good tea and coffee. Nice to have had a sofa in the room and small table. Parking under the hotel is convenient and safe. Breakfast was perfect, a buffet with everything you would hope for."

"Our stay was great and we were right in the middle of old town which made it super convenient to walk everywhere and take in the sites and enjoy all of the various restaurants near by. "

"Very clean and in cinvenuent place in the centre. I am oeronally not fond of carpets due to allergy but they were very clean without dusty environment surface so it was perfect. Room was smaller than in the past and without two single beds as i requested. This was strange to me but i could do nothing. Price was also 12% higher to past. But in general i am very satisfied."

"We will definitely stay here again. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings giving a bright airy feel. And also bigger than we expected. Bed was very comfortable. Stunning old building with history. A few minute walk to the heart of Gent. Carpark right across the road which is handy but not cheap. "
