I figured out why they unplugged the clock no matter what you had it set on it made a humming static noise - annoying! The hairdryer didn't work and the plumbing struggled. 「Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too.
