We were given an upgrade from a room to a suite. The Hotel is fairly new, and they have trained their staff to be the BEST. Highly recommend this Hotel if you are ever in Dinkelsbuehl."

"There is no WiFi that reliably works in the rooms. It’s an easy fix and should’ve been done when the hotel was 1st opened "

"Nice room with balcony. Storage space was a bit small, but good enough for up to 2 people for a couple of days. Breakfast was reasonably priced and quite good. Check-in and parking was several blocks away, so good to be prepared upon entering the town. The staff is very kind and helpful. Location fantastic."
