「I'm not sure where to start. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff is attentive and accommodating when it came to any questions or requests I had. Take a whole day to enjoy the pool area and spa options! Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety which included some local and homemade options. There's an open air walkable market area adjacent to the hotel with many dining and shopping options. All in all a great stay!」

「The hotel is an excellent option for accommodation near the main historic places to visit in Pristina. Their front desk staff was invaluable, polite and friendly, and were always available to assist with everything I needed. If I return to Kosovo, I will stay with them again!」

「The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They helped us pre-booked the taxi for several trips and responded to our requests very quickly. The air con in our one-bedroom suite was strong enough during the super hot days in Prishtina. The daily cleaning of the room was high standard.
