「Magnifique expérience ! L’hôtel m’a contacté le jour avant mon arrivée pour m’avertir de la neige et m’indiquer les meilleurs route pour I arrivée car pas toute les route son dégagée. Livraison du petit déjeuner directement à l’igloo! Chambre impeccable avec incroyable vue et équipement complet sale de bain propre baignoire au milieu de la chambre et jacuzzi privatif sur la balcon. Je recommande fortement cette établissement personés qui aime la découverte et bien sur au couple qui veullent...

「An excellent hotel staff treatment from arriving to check out The hotel is in a peaceful quiet area where you can relax after a flight or a journey since it's near pristina airport also breakfast was very good served in or outdoor in a very nice nature. The only thing I disliked having small bugs or insects in the room 😒」

「This hotel is not hygenic. Bed was not clean (found people’s pubes). Shower was clogged and filled up and leaked throughout the bathroom. Outside the hotel smells like sewage.」

「The hotel is a short walk from the bus station but quite a long walk into the main tourist areas. However a taxi was less than €5 and we didn’t have much time there so was well worth it. The staff were helpful and the complimentary breakfast was nice - not much there for vegans but fine for others. The hotel bar was nice and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Would stay again.」

「Wifi and cleaning ok. The rest not. Mattress super hard. Breakfast poor. Not buffet. Just super tiny cup of coffee and mainly fried eggs and bread. No juice, cereals, fruit or cake. Parking place seem to be too small. No lift in the building. No clothes or towel hangers in the room. Super small bin. 」

「No breakfast or dinning facilities, no guest lounge. Impossible to control temperature in shower. New hotel but already items falling apart. Must be one of the slowest lifts in any hotel. Price to high for facilities offered」

「Really good stay! The lady in charge was super nice and helpful. The room is really modern, clean, bright and spacious. Comfortable bed, big TV, big windows, super modern bathroom and nice decoration - seems like this place is quite new. Location is great, really central and walkable around town. Also nice touch the information leaflet offered upon check in with places to visit, with the distance, pictures and descriptions on it. Great value for money, would definitely recommend!」

「Very kind staff. I got to pick my own room. The room was basic, but very clean and came with complimentary water, bottle of wine and walnuts from the garden. Which is a nice touch. Breakfast was fresh, it had everything and was served at the table by the most lovely hotel hostess. Strong recommend!」
