「It is a nicely decorated hotel right next to berlins public square where classical concerts take place in the summer. Unfortunate for us the square has been boarded up for renovation. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The staff served us well. 」

This time, Jessica, the front desk manager, reached out to me before my arrival to ensure my request for a fully elevator-accessible room—and one without any water leak issues—was taken care of.
