"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. "Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. "We didn't feel that this property was representative of the listing pictures. It was a lot more run down and stark in comparison. Perhaps because we got a ground floor unit. - The patio was unusable (no privacy and plastic table and chairs were covered in bird poop). - Grounds weren't well kep with grass long, not outdoor seating around the pool (which is much smaller than expected with limited hours). - Check in process was frustrating. - Unit had absolutely no supplies (no hand soap, no...
