"Very clean, comfy bed, friendly service and a beautiful setting. The hotel is in an old wood and stone building, in the middle of the corn fields, with a view of the Pyrenees mountains. A very nice stay for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was good, continental. The only thing I would suggest is to put the coffee in smaller cups as it gets cold quickly, but that is the only thing I would change about my stay, it was beautiful! Merci! "

"Stunning hotel, stunning views, extremely friendly staff, great food and a good nights sleep. We had an absolutely fantastic stay, this place is so unique and so visually beautiful you have to go! We had a cocktail in the lounge, we sampled the tapas in the bar whilst playing cards late into the evening. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served in a beautiful dining room. We had an early morning swim (during the child friendly swim time) needless to say the pool is beautiful and big enough to play Marco Polo! After check out we left the car in the car park and explored the surrounding areas. Very family friendly with wonderful staff. Highly recommend"

"Great little hotel in the heart of Pau. I wish I had stayed here for my entire visit. The room was quiet and air-conditioned! The staff were friendly and helpful. There are only a few stair steps to reach the elevator. Bus stops and public parking nearby. Amazing restaurants everywhere. I hope to come back soon!"

Great secure underground parking, with easy access even for lower cars, with plenty of EV charging. Also plenty of free outdoor parking on hotel grounds. "Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."
