「Staff and hotel were both excellent.」

「Great」

「This property was a big surprise for us It was so much better than I thought . Having the oool and a fridge in our room was perfect The space was clean and the breakfast was good. And Bobby was fantastic in helping us with any issues and getting Taxis. But the best part is at night . Sitting on the patio are drinking rum punch and chatting in this quite neighborhood was priceless.. Very safe area but you need to get taxis everywhere but my sister who was in the center of town , also had to get...

「Modern & new and run by professional reception staff and hard working maintenance staff. Restaurant is Asian themed and serves a mix of Asian, West Indian & breakfast-y food like eggs, cereal & salad bar for breakfast, which was included. Dinner menu is Asian themed, priced in Guyanese dollars so that one must mentally convert the currency to understand the pricing. Restaurant service is middling/mediocre. There's a language barrier unless one speaks Mandarin &/or Spanish (main reason...

「The on line images were misleading. Dangerous spiral stairs to climb to get to the second floor and equally dangerous to get from the living/kitchen area to the bedroom, which is one floor above」

「Room is very small , not as comfortable as I expected and everything is overly expensive. Excepted much more for my money」

「I had a really good stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive.」

「The staff at The Bel Air Hotel is very kind and goes out of their way to help.」

「Apartment good for my stay. Ideally located. Restaurants and groceries located within walking distance. Kitchen has a stove. Bedroom has AC unit, living room ceiling fan, gets hot in the day. Mimibuses passes through the street to downtown.」

「The cost does not reflect quality of service and physical the state of the property- broken safe, non working/noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, old towels and that’s just a start. Employees presents as unhappy in their jobs. Restaurant more expensive than very good restaurants in major American and European cities. Laughable. Location being central works other than that do NOT recommend. Trying to address issues earns you the ire of staffers.」

「Good clean moderate hotel」

「Julians is a very helpful guy.」

「Property in need of renovation, no hot water, very noisy」
