The rooms were clean, the staff were okay, the breakfast was not the worst, but it did get very crowded on the weekend. The location was excellent if you're doing business in and around Georgetown. The price is also excellent, and I got great value for money. It is not a luxury property, so don't expect that. But it is very comfortable and a great value.

Our room was extremely spacious. The only complaint was the strange odor coming from the sink.. pretty sure it’s a plumbing issue. Other than that everything else was wonderful. Anything we needed, such as ice, it was only an ask away. The staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet could be organized a bit more. For example, maybe consider giving priority to those staying at the hotel. It’s completely chaotic when hotel guests and mixed up with those coming on a day trip for the buffet. But we will return because we enjoyed the stay otherwise.

The breakfast was excellent. Different options each day. Local fruits and dishes, you will definitely find something you'll like. The staff speak minimal english, especially the Spanish ones. The space is interesting. There is a gym on site which if you are on yhe floor below it and sleep lightly, it will wake you in the mornings. Some rooms don't have window, but there is a lovely shower. The hotel is strategically located and I would definitely stay there again when next I am in Guyana.

The hotel is very clean. The staff don't speak any English. The lock us out for breakfast. There was no food to serve the people who stay at the hotel. It was so unconvenient i would love to Expedia to give me a refund i pay for a service and I did not receive it

Overall, I had a positive experience during my stay. The room service staff were excellent, attentive, courteous and consistently provided high-quality service which was greatly appreciated. One area for improvement relates to staff interactions observed in common areas, including front desk. There appeared to be instances of tension between team members of different cultural backgrounds, including the use of language that came across as disrespectful. While I understand that workplace challenges can arise, these interactions were noticeable and created a level of discomfort for guests, as well as a perception of limited team cohesion. Addressing this through strengthened team communication, cultural sensitivity training, and visible management engagement could further enhance the overall guest experience and reinforce the hotel’s professionalism. Thank you for the hospitality, and I hope this feedback is helpful in supporting continued improvement.

This hotel was better than I expected. Check in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious enough with complimentary water coffee and slippers. The only complaint was the bathroom. The shower and the toilet occupied the same space. To get to the toilet you have to pass through the shower. Taking a shower spills water on the toilet bowl and tank. If you need to go the toilet later on you have to cross the wet shower tiles and dry the seat. The recessed area for the soap was next to the toilet and not in the shower. The bathroom was surely a sore point. The free breakfast was totally worth it. There was cereal, pancakes, eggs, sausages, sweet potatoes, plantains, channa, veggies and more. All in all a great stay but for the bathroom complaint. Definitely worth staying here.

Everything was great. However u did find two roaches in my room. One dead. One alive. Gym is busy in the afternoon. Go early. Lots of variety at breakfast. I eat very clean so I couldn’t have most of it, but there is alot of choice. All staff are awesome. The cleaners are very accommodating. The desk staff also great.
