「I’ve stayed in two rooms here and can see why reviews are either great or terrible - it really depends on the room you get, and unfortunately there’s no way to choose when booking here. Some of the staff are exceptional however, and turned what would have been a one-star review stay to this five-star review. 「Great location and amenities, just had a lot of elevator issues while we were there. They’re in the process of repairing but it made it difficult to lug gear, otherwise can’t beat being steps from the lift and anything else you need!」
