Very bad experience. Took 2 rooms and stayed 3 days. Both rooms not cleaned even once despite sign hung on door and verbal request to cleaners!!!. They only come to clean around 630pm when we were busy getting ready to go out for dinner. Towels were replaced but looked greyish. Would not recommend to friends.

Bed sheet full with stain. Not sure did they change it after previous check out. Feel skin irritation after sleep on it. But the corridor and the toilet is clean and neat.

Hotel room bed have stain but was fine overall, bath room pipe there is water leakage, turn out we help them to fix it, overall if you are just looking for a stay, I feel is fine to stay at this hotel. Cheap & good plus is in town area😊

Disappointed hotel

The hotel location is good with the kind of rate offered and looks like new hotel from outsude, but the management team of the hotel is week. Just imagine, you can see the front desk staff check-in customer while having her lunch at front desk (I experience it when I’m checked into that hotel). Front desk staffs are not so friendly, when I check in, maybe I’m disturbing her lunch time “I got no eye See”. Room space is just nice, but cleaneness is an issue here. Stained bedsheets found, and WC toiled stained on also. Shower head also not function properly for my room. Sooner the hotel gonna become hookup hotel/hourly hotel, if they still continue with this kind of service.

第一次來，因為錯誤預定了在檳城外的另一分店，於是請求改回是檳城內的分店，酒店人員很樂意幫忙！所以整體服務不錯，房間挺好，可以再來。

No recommend for staying any more

this is not the 1st time I stay at T+ macallum hotel but this time really worst experience for staying , 1st go into the room(room no 220) there was terrible smell and request for changing room , stuff at there say no more room , but during I check in that time only 2.10pm and car park got only less than 10 cars on it, then the stuff call room service for checking and room service only used aroma spray to spray to cover the smell then after that the toilet shower not function and call maintenance for repair .the pillow cover and bed sheet cover not clean and with dirty mark . below aircon at wall site like got water mark with fungus sign then toilet ventilation fan look like wanna to fall down . I also dunt know why no up keep for this hotel for all facilities.
