i would say that the room deco is very nice and warm ambience especially the loft room we were staying in. Julie has been very prompt in answering in questions after I booked the room. However during our stay, many hiccups happen. First of all it's the kettle issue, there isn't any kettle in every room for us to boil water. I have 3 children with me who needs to drink milk and to make things worse, their 1 and only kettle was spolit in the morning before we reached. I was rather disappointed as the issue was not looked into on the day itself. I was told by one of the staff that towels are changed everyday, on my 3rd day of stay, when we came back in the evening, only the beds are made, the toilet, the rubbish bin and the towels where we left them are exactly at the same position before we left the room in the morning. This is once again disappointing as I have to get the towels myself. The kettle issue was only solved on the 3rd day evening of my stay. I hope this hotel can improve in many ways and I will go back when I read more positive feedbacks.
