The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they will also suggesting the spots which worth for visiting, and the room and very clean and comfortable. Definitely worth your penny 👍
Location excellent for walking around and exploring. Room was huge and lovely - only problem is the rather steep stairs up to the room if you choose a twin bed room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Truly satisfied with the hotel. It has been my best holiday stay ever. Love the location, walking distance to Penang’s famous food. Hotel staffs are polite and very helpful. The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful and the cleanliness is great. Will definitely come back.

Fell in love with this place instantly! Very friendly and helpful staff that makes the stay felt so totally at home. Location is convenient within walking distance to local landmarks and yet strategically hidden from the buzz and hush for a perfect and restful stay.
The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful and I would give 5 stars to them. The aircon was not cold enough even after setting 16C and strongest blower. A single card was provided so the electricity would cutoff when we left the room. Location was ok
This hotel is a nice little, I believe 20-room clean hotel with large clean rooms and an amazing friendly staff. In particular, Liza is exceptionally helpful and friendly and if you wish, she can arrange for day tours. Excellent hotel. No complaints whatsoever.
100% book this place!! Was amazing from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a complimentary drink by the amazing Liza. Liza was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Informing us of the best places to visit etc.
we were given an upgrade when we arrived which was amazing.
The room was clean, modern, comfortable and the WiFi was strong.
Thank you Liza you were incredible!
Great little hotel, very boutique focused, great street art throughout the lobby. Lisa the manager was extremely helpful and gave great advice on where to go and where to eat. Only downside was no bar or anywhere near by to go for a drink but saying there’s plenty of fabulous eateries very close. Would recommend if you want a small and quiet place to stay right in town.
Lovely place and I would highly recommend it as it’s very central to everything such as restaurants, food courts, shops, clinics, hospitals, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. It’s very spacious, clean, and the staff there are extremely helpful!
The staff had worked above and beyond for us. Especially Lisa (front office).

Good
Location is convenient, walkable to old town area. Located in a quiet street. Everything's ok, but not outstanding. Some staff very nice and helpful. Overall, its worthwhile to stay.
After 24 hours solid travelling the Terraces was a welcoming sanctuary for us to recover on the first night and thereafter a well located base for our visit to George Town. The hotel only provides rooms which is no problem with so many good eating places around. Everything was very good quality and well maintained. The artwork in the lobby was fun. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.
Liza is a truly wonderful manager. She went above and beyond to help us including excellent restaurant suggestions.
The hotel is very nicely presented and the beds and sheets great quality.
For us the only drawback was the room not having a window. It is a beautiful old restored building so this is the reality for this type of boutique hotel. That said, once the air conditioning was cranked up the room was fine.
We would not recommend hiring a driver via the hotel to tour the city. It would be better to go with someone who speaks English and who can explain a bit about the city.
This was a rare find. We loved the coziness of this hotel. Lisa at the front desk was exceptionally helpful pointing us to places we could go and eat. If you are after local hawker fare they are just a 10 min walk away. Parking can be an issue as there are limited spaces but otherwise, this is an excellent little boutique hotel in the city.
