Overall it's good. Only one trivial thing might cause me inconvenient. The hotel room system or somewhat does not align. I have requested to change a room due to A/C is blowing to my bed while laying on the bed. After I changed the room, I got two phone call asked me to change the room as well as provide the current room number. The second call was happening while I was taking an afternoon nap.

Location was good, staff was excellent, and building seems to be in good condition. However the room was tiny, and it could be noisy due to the bathroom sewage/drain system. Breakfast was okay and it was included in the room. Biggest problem was the tiny tiny room which normally seen in Japanese biz hotel in big cities. But this was in Penang. In room 206, the split AC fan blows directly to the bed, which make sleeping a big problem. The room was so tiny, the AC unit cannot be located anywhere else.

Good location with many attractions within walking distance. The property feels a bit rundown, and the Wi-Fi in the room is inconsistent and spotty.

Bedding is terriblely unclean. Blood stain on pillows and bedsheets. Yellow stains if some kind everywhere, mattresses, sheets, pillows, comforters. Even though staff was trying hard to change everything for us, but…not a good experience

Compact room but due to king bed so I didn't mind at all as rooms only to sleep. Hotel & room were clean, staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to easily walk to the sights around Georgetown & hopped in grab for those further out. Little noisy at night with music from somewhere outside but our didn't continue to late.
