Week Wifi. Most hotels at this rate would provide 2 complementry bottles of water but not YAN Hotel. Can only see TV Malaysia in Malay language. The Chinese TV show, muteI. I spent 4 nights and never once did the hotel make the bed.

Good location with delicious food around

Location is very good, near to komtar. The new lane food street is jusr a street away with lots of famous street foods. Many food courts along the main streers too. Only that the towels used in the hotel is not absorbent. No toothbrush is supplied.

The room was clean. The only thing that I wasn't happy about is the bed. It was too hard and the pillow was extremely soft. I was unable to sleep. But other than that, it was a good stay.

Si me preguntaran si volvería a quedarme la respuesta sería no, al hotel le hace falta mucha limpieza así como dar mantenimiento a regaderas aires acondicionado etc, las toallas está súper viejas, creo que puedes encontrar algo mejor por el mismo costo !!!

大不如前

太多螞蟻。電視雜訊太花。馬桶廁紙掛器都沒有，祇放在台上。住到一半空調壞了都沒通知一聲，要致電前台才告知，感覺捱得就過關，不捱得就投訴跟你換房。服務太差了。接近尾的幾天有些補充品都沒有補給。

安靜又不失便利的飯店

飯店附近是new lane夜市，飲食便利房間雖小，但毛巾、盥洗用品都俱全，吹風機也可以跟櫃台借以價格來說算是很不錯的!

房間整潔乾淨，住了三個晚上，非常舒適。酒店有電梯方便上落，房間偏細，但我們二人只有兩件20吋隨身行李，所以問題不大。附近非常多美食，酒店的左手邊便是中路街夜市，步行不用兩分鐘便到，晚上非常熱鬧。

優點:櫃台人員服務很好，所在地點離景區/公車/長途客運很近。缺點:房間清潔不佳，住第2晚發現床上有頭髪，清潔人員只有將床單拉過未作清理，另外冷氣不管設幾度都是沒有用(感覺約22～24度，太泠)

nice receptionist

I am satisfied this hotel because of their nice receptionist. Their receptionists always take the initiative to help us. One of receptionist is named Susan, she is always smile and showed great patience. Even my english is not so great, her chinese is not so fluency, she would try her best to speak chinese and English alternately for communication. Overall their receptionist are so smart. The hotel location is so great, it is near bus terminal. At night time, you just take few minutes to go to hawker market for dinner. If you like to enjoy your meal in restaurant, you can find several malls around the hotel. The hotel have one thing I cannot be satisfied, that is their shower room. The water will overflow form the shower area to get wet whole toilet, because their shower area do not have door or shower curtain. It let me feel so dirty.
