1.地點佳, 走路可到光大, 飯店旁邊就有很多家餐館, 右轉走一小段路即是Jalan Macalister , 整天都有美 食可吃, 晚上更是熱鬧. 2.飯店人員態度良好 ,入住及退房快速, 詢問事項都能獲得適當回答. 3.冷熱水,冷氣,吹風機,都ok, 但房間較舊, 浴室排水不佳, 且有排水管異味. 4.隔音不佳, 夜晚睡覺會聽到街上人車聲音, 或其他住客的聲響.

I stayed on room 308, on the night have water flood from heavy rain, not so sure where it came from i found in morning on floor. I hope hotel can fix this case out. location is good, but far from center of George Town ( Street arts, gallery) but surrounded by many nice food stall, food court and cafe. Overall, okay to stay.

Nice hotel

Nice clean hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Had some issues with a row that broke out at 5.40am and went on door banging and shouting till about 7am but hotel did their best. It takes around 15 mins to walk to China town but we didn't mind the walk as there was stuff on the way, really nice square near by with a great duck resturant which is super cheap

房間及床都舒適，可惜廁所有異味。

鄰近新金山美食中心，樓下食市蠻多，不怕找不到吃的。 房間佈置清雅，地方倘大，前枱接待解釋詳盡。 美中不足為廁所異味無法清除，唯有用廁紙及毛巾遮蓋渠口，防止異味飄散。

Love the room. It’s clean, tidy and sufficient. The shower room is awesome. Local area is great too. However, the room’s sound proofing is not so good parking can be a little challenging.
