"Flight issues necessitated an unexpected stay in the DC area. The front desk clerk, while nice, did say my room number outloud infront of a group of people trying to check it that night. They had no business knowing what room I was given. The website states that shuttle service to the airport is provided, but once there it is only offered to select guests. (This was part of the reason this hotel was chosen so that was frustrating to find out) The property seemed to be well maintained but it is very dated. There was an excellent breakfast provided. Egg& cheese omelets, sausages, waffles, just to name a few of the choices."

"This is an older building, but it’s clean and the staff are friendly. I loved the personalized card and little snack bag they left for me in my room before I checked in, too!!!"

"Hotel was outdated and dirty "

"There were power tools in the bathroom, which made me believe they were left there after work was done in bathroom. I thought nothing of it because I had a guest at the moment. I received a call from the front desk telling me that my bathroom was not working and someone was actively repairing it and then she would have to give me a different room. Before I could finish packing to leave a Staffen had entered my room with one knock and no waiting for an answer. It was extremely embarrassing."

"Clean room and close proximity to city attractions"

"This place did exactly as it said in the description. Fully fitted kitchen that allow us to cook and save money by not having to eat out all the time a very good breakfast scrambled eggs made the real eggs. Very helpful staff washing machine and dryer just down the Hall and gym, great Location and a decent price."
