Exceptional good value for money for accomodation in the area, close to DCA & access to DC and Arlington. Staff curteous, room clean but "tired" and could do with major refurbishment but then the price would inevitably increase. Breakfast basic - cereal, toast and fruit jiuce.

Ok, if you read some reviews online about this place, you are probably freaking out. But it's actually not that bad; it is in an okay area. I will not say the neighborhood is unsafe. There are some good restaurants around, so that's a plus. The rooms are not terrible, there aren't any bed bugs, I think I saw one roach, and it only appeared once during the time I was at the hotel. For the price, this place is actually pretty good.

The room is large. Has a nice comforrable bed, fridge, microwave, stove and sofa. The tvs are a little older but who cares. Cable tv is free. I forgot to pack my toothbrush and toothpaste. They gave me a complimentary toothbrush with a tube of crest tooth paste. Friendly staff with great old-school customer service. They took care of me. I had a plesant stay there. Thanks yall

Very nice hotels. Rooms clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast adequate. Bit noisy but near main road. Only criticism is metal prongs left sticking out of bed could be hazardous. We used our towels to wrap them up and make safe.

The room was really nice. We were treated very well from the staff. I am still a little bothered that they charged my credit card, when they were supposed to charge our company credit card. I still have to work that out now with my company admin.

Room was fine, even though I couldn’t pay for a single bed. AC worked well, but the roll to hold the toilet paper was falling apart and the hook for the towels behind the door fell off completely. It was relatively cheap and close to the sights I wanted to see but the building can definitely use some much needed maintenance and repairs.

We had a great stay, the room was clean and staff was nice. We asked for an additional towel which they brought immediately. The door to the room wasn't closing propertly when we arrived but that was also fixed immediately. The area around is nice and quiet with a few restaurants around and a 7 Eleven across the street. Transportation into the city was also good with a bus stop close buy and busses frequently running. Overall really great for the price, would book again.

The room was advertised as a kitchenette and while the air was a microwave and mini fridge, the stove top was not present in the room. The bed was very comfortable and I only saw three roaches my whole stay which is pretty good for that area.

Prior to checking-in, we were super nervous about our stay here, as we read some unfavorable reviews about the hotel. We, however, found that this hotel was perfectly suitable for a quick stay (we were just passing through DC for a night). The room was spacious & clean, and it was clear that the rooms have recently undergone a light renovation, as our room looked more modern than the pictures shown online. We did not see ANY pests, as other prior guests reported they saw, thank goodness! The staff was friendly, and the free continental breakfast was sufficient (oatmeal, toast, coffee, tea). Our only issue was the very strong water pressure from the sink, took some getting used to (the water shoots out!). The hotel is across the street from a McDonalds and Subway for easy fast food eats, and a short walk to Walgreens, should you need anything during your stay. This hotel, especially for the cost of staying here, really is not bad at all.
Do not be alarmed by crumpled sheets, we took this picture the next morning! Sheets looked new and fresh upon our check-in.
Shelving and hangers looked pretty new to us.

The condition of the property is not the best, but it is located alin a great neighborhood with shopping and many tasty dining options and near a bus stop. The beds were clean and comfy, the air conditioner worked well and a lot of hot water for showering. Rather limited continental breakfast - toast, instant oatmeal and fruit cups. We saved a lot of money and our necessities were all met..
