The owners Carl & Tace were so friendly from the get-go and we really liked our room, especially the bed itself, how clean it was and the location. You’re really close to the centre, sea and a nice little park/gardens opposite. 「We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. 」

「The view from the room was really nice- the rooms were clean and well equipped However we both found the beds to be uncomfortable, and we were disturbed during the night from noise on the sea front (Noticeably loud motorbikes going up and down at 3am). 「A beautiful, traditional hotel with excellent, friendly staff who go the extra mile to help. We had a lovely sea view large bedroom with a balcony. The food was excellent with a good choice for room service too. Stunning views from hotel across Torbay. We will definitely be returning.」
