"Did a search for a hotel with hot tubs on Expedia. Found this one. Was not open during the winter. More of a BS Expedia situation. Why do we use such a crappy company. There’s always something and Expedia always plays the blame game and does nothing for the customer "

"There was a stove & a sign that said there was cutlery, bowls, etc. We stopped and bought soup to heat up, but there was no pot to cook it in. There is a stovetop, so there should be a pot to use on the stove. We had less than a 1/4 roll of toilet paper when we checked in (3 days 2 nights). I asked the housekeeper in the hallway if we could get some more, & she said I would have to go down to get it, because there wasn’t any on her cart. No wonder there wasn’t any in the room, they don’t keep it on the cart to stock it. When we called the desk to have some sent up, they said we had to come down and get it. No conditioner in the bathroom. No mirror in the bedroom. The place was obviously very new, and still had a new paint smell. The place looks great. It is very minimalistic and very clean. I was totally confortable. It is not sound-proof at all. I didn’t mind hearing the road traffic (there was shockingly a lot of it), but I know that would be a deal breaker for others. I also didn’t like that I had to check myself in on a kiosk out in the doorway. It was fine because nobody else was around, but if other people were waiting in line to get it, it would have been inappropriate. (It was late at night, so I think that’s why I had to do it myself??). If that’s needed, then INSIDE the lobby would be a better location. I would recommend this property, and I might stay here again, but it would be helpful to know all of these things mentioned above. "

"Older property but we have stayed a few times. It is conveniently licated by the freeway with a few eating options in the immediate area. Staff was great and we enjoyed our stay overall. "

"The room was clean and comfortable but that’s the best I can say for this property. My husband is in a wheelchair with only 10% use of his legs. We requested an ADA room for wheelchair users. I was given a key for a room on the fourth floor and told it was a “king accessible room.” After struggling to get him and all our belongings to said room we discovered it was not in any way accessible. There were no support bars anywhere and the toilet and shower were accessed through a very narrow doorway that his wheelchair could not squeeze through. We immediately called the front desk and had to reiterate (because physically seeing a man in a wheelchair didn’t help), that my husband is, in, fact in a wheelchair, and needs a WHEELCHAIR accessible room. After waiting for a room switch and receiving no help to change out rooms, we finally arrived to a suitable room, but discovered the support bars in the shower were already half ripped out of the wall. There was a shower chair that required manual installation, which had my husband been staying there alone he’d never have been able to install! And there was extensive damage to the wall behind the toilet appearing to be water damage. We realized, after using the shower, that this was caused by the shower chair blocking the shower curtain from sealing as a massive pool of water collected and gathered in that spot. I will never stay here again and would highly recommend any disabled travelers to avoid this property! "
