「Upon our arrival at the hotel's front desk, we were utterly dismayed by the complete lack of a warm welcome. The room they assigned us was inconveniently located on the first floor, facing a noisy street. Despite our very real concerns about potential traffic noise disrupting our sleep, we were dismissively assured that nighttime traffic was not an issue. 「The hotel was in a beautifully tidy and quiet location, perfect for a good night sleep. The bar and restaurant were lovely however plans meant we didnt get the chance to try the food. Next time for sure as we come over every year and were so pleased to find such a great hotel!」
