"The hotel is indeed so private ,clean and exceed my expectation. I was told they have soft opening and its recommended!"

"Location of the hotel is perfect especially if you want to sightsee in Tagaytay as well as great food places within walking distance. Pool was very nice and had sun loungers which we used. Communication with the staff wasn’t the greatest, prior to booking I had sent messages and no replies. During our stay, we had to call the front desk numerous times for laundry service, which we used and paid extra for same-day service. However one of our trousers were completely stained with yellow after receiving our clothes from the laundry service, which we then followed up with the front desk who stated they were following this up on multiple occasions with no outcome. The laundry staff stated the stain was due to pen ink, however this was clearly not the case as it was multiple large yellow/orange stains (prior to this there were no stains). The next day and our check out day, they attempted to fix and get the stains off the trousers however the trousers were the same and they gave the trousers back wet. No refund or compensation for this incident was given."

"First if all, I would like to say that the staff deserves a 5 * rating for doing their best in assisting me with accomodation problems I encountered during our stay. Problems I encountered: 1. Our first room(507) has air-conditioning problems that the staff helped me transfer to room 219. 2. Moving to room 219, after a while, the room reeked of foul odors that I again requested another room if which they assisted me again. 3. Off we go to room 142 which doesn't smell as bad than 219 and the air-conditioning was working a lot better than 507. We checked the room and found the bed really old and stained, the comforter stained and dirty along the parts tucked in the mattress, the bathroom faucet was leaking lightly, the front door has no security bolt/latch, there was a worm wriggling on bathroom floor beside the toilet bowl. It was already around 10pm , so we just accepted the room as we were already so tired that we just wanna rest. -Will not be going back to that place again-"
