"Wonderful property just outside of Bern. Very clean and comfotable room. We had a huge balcony on 3rd floor room. Staff super helpful on how to get to places by public transportation- tons of buses and trams. Food at hotel restaurant was very good, but pricey compared to other cities in Europe. Defintely great hotel for the price."

"We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!"

"Not so friendly staff at the reception, was okay to talk to but would not discuss or make me aware of a few other details he happily relayed to the preceding customer during checkin. He would then hastily tell me about the room location which was very confusing to access to (may be not for him but a first time visitor would simply get lost!!) and I am relatively good with directions. The lack of an extra bed for our daughter when we had very clearly mentioned that we were 3 people in the room--...

"This was such a unique hotel and so cute and clean! Small rooms but everything top quality. soft sheets, delicious coffee, and the awesome rooftop had phenomenal views. It was easy walk to anywhere you wanted to go! If I ever come back to Bern, I would definitely stay here again!!"
