「Pleasant three- or four-storey guesthouse (to call it a hotel would be stretching it) on the steep hillside just a stone’s throw from Kutaisi’s Bagrati Cathedral. The location is both a blessing and a bit of a curse – the main market, bridges, central park and all the city-centre amenities are just 10–15 minutes’ walk away, but getting up to the hotel means a climb of more than 100 steps (or you can use the winding road).
