"Stayed 1 cold and wet night, the room was freezing on arrival. After playing with the heater for an hour finally got the room warm and cozy. The bed was very comfy, but only 2 pillows on the bed with 1 spare in the closet. The bathroom was very spacious, took a while for the hot water to come through but once it did was a pleasant shower. Dined in at the restaurant, again it was cold, we were the only ones dining. Food was absolutely delicious, and got a discount as an overnight guest to the hotel. Would I stay again? Yes but may I suggest you pop the heater on for your guests who are arriving on cold evenings."

"We been staying at this property for last 12 years …. It’s one of the best with breathtaking views and very big family rooms , but in the month of June it was too cold and I think they get rid of warm blankets so the beds and rooms were freezing in the night and the aircon was not enough for the room I booked ."

"Room wasn’t clean and bathroom dirty. Requested another room that was clean which was provided with no issues. Rooms are dated. Staff were helpful. Food ordered from their restaurant was really good. Good location"

"Room had a serious ventilation issue, the floor was constantly damp. The room itself served its purpose, beds a little soft however that's personal preference. Now, the exit driveway is way too steep, yes I have a low vehicle however it's not that low! We had to reverse back up it and use the check in entrance to leave as my bumper was scraping on the road!"

"Oue stay of 5 nights was excellent. Cottage was comfy, wirh a good bed. We had a 2 bedroom cottage for just 2 of us, which gave us space for luggage, and increased living space. Washing machine and dryer were great to have. Shower was nice and hot. Cooking facilities were pretty good. Used microwave and gas oven. Good sized fridge. Air con heated Cottage and wall heaters in bedrooms, and electric blankets if required. Thick doona. Quiet setting, with only 6 cottages on site. Short drive to restaurants, supermarket and walks."
