Great location. Disgusting room, overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Dirty floors, dirty bed sheets/ stained, bath towels had brown stains on them, very outdated furniture, bed was so saggy must have been 50years old. If this place is the only accommodation available sleep in your car.

Delightful welcome with detailed explanation of facilities and help with organising a conference room for an hour.
