「Was put into a room, unlocked room to find it hadn’t been cleaned yet. So went back to reception and was given another room. Fan in bathroom was full of dust and cobwebs. Fridge made an annoying noise during the night. Shower had a leak. Bed was firm and pillows were uncomfortable. Didn’t feel cared about. Just a number paying for a room. 「A little bit of luxury. Sadly never visited the vineyard itself but enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine. Continental breakfast is a nice touch. Modern, clean, excellent bedding. Really enjoyed our mini stay. Only bad point was the cups provided are way too small for tea. Three sips and they are empty 」

「The room is very spacious. And, our room is facing the ocean, the sceneries, especially during sunrise, is incredibly wonderful and unforgettable. There are many dishes for the buffet breakfast. The taste is also above standard. Carpark is amazing. We can park our car safely underground. 」

「Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. 」
