Will look into the couch - updating all furniture is on our list, but will look at that apartment asap. Smart TV's are also on the list. Thanks for letting us know about the bed situation. Unless we are told, we are unaware !!! So, the mattress situation is sorted. Yes, we are lucky with the apartment complex being within walking distance of the waterfront facilities etc. Very easy to get around, and safe. Some of the car parking is difficult to negotiate, but I am always mindful of this and guide drivers through. Cheers.

Also the check in was time happened to be when 2 other apartments had arrived at the same time, so difficult to answer your call at the time. Apologies. The car park is a situation we can not change and we are always there to guide on arrival. So glad the apartment itself was comfortable. Cheers.

Thankyou for your comments. As with a vast number of private accommodation options, we also ask that rubbish is removed on the last day. Other places either charge a cleaning fee, or you are asked to vac, clean etc before leaving. We do not. This assists to keep the costs down on the full accommodation rate.The check-in process, enables us to physically meet the guests, show location of car parking space and explain complex access. Being privately owned apartments we consider this is necessary for the well being of permanent residents and also ensures guests are at ease. Cheers
