The property is in a great location for attending the footy at GMHBA stadium. The owners were fantastic in upgrading us to a unit that had two bathrooms (there were 6 adults), however, they only made up bedding for 5, when our booking was for 6. We managed ok, but it was disappointing.

We were concerned with a few objects found under the bed, we had a small baby and were concerned for her safety, the bathroom door didn’t shut correctly and there were a few objects underneath the bed that were dangerous. Also didn’t like that the bed was a double and not a queen bed. Thought it was overpriced for the size of room and amenities The location was great and the room was modern

Check in process is terrible. I also do not like being told how to reverse my own vehicle. I also did not like how we waited 20 minutes to be able to access our room. I mentioned I needed the bathroom so if we could just go leave our things quickly and use the facilities. When we finally accessed the room the owner came in to the room we had paid for. Sat down with his laptop and said we could use the bathroom while he was sorting out our booking. Shocking service. Really really bad.

We could not fit the car into the carpark as there were beds and service items in the carpark. Do not stay in a ground floor apartment, the ceiling must be very thin as it was very noisy from the family with 3 or 4 kids staying above us.
