Room was clean. Location was convenient as we had to catch a very early flight the next morning at Avalon airport. The name says "Hotel". It is a more a motel than an hotel. It was fine for our short term needs.

Wyndham Resort Torquay
We did not use the pool, but the area was mice. Our room had a view of the beach, and easy access to the many beach walks along the beautiful coast.
