Gazza Vacations from NT$49,163

Upon arrival the suite we booked wasn’t ready so we were put in a small room & told to check back next morning. Next morning rolled around & the room we paid for still wasn’t ready. Employees told us they would text us & never received a text. One employee was dismissive & the other was helpful. A full 24 hours after check in & my room still isn’t ready. Eventually after being patient yet never receiving a text, i came to check in my room & it was ready. I had to be inconvenienced and seemed like I almost had to beg for the room I paid for. They took no action until I kept asking. The employee who helped us was great. But it seemed like a lack of communication & management here at this hotel. Once we got the room we paid for halfway through the trip, we were happy. The rooms here are nice & well maintained.

The host was not clear about housekeeping. No fresh towels/washcloths without a charge was inconvenient, especially since I didn't know beforehand. Cigarette burn in the comforter—hair in the shower. Nice view. Nice shower and jetted tub. Nice-sized space. Comfy bed.

Located in a bad neighborhood, parking was extremely limited and there was little room on the street to safely park, the only staff on hand to help wasn’t helpful (couldn’t be bothered to wear a belt so his pants were falling off, showing his backside), the whole common area reeked of marijuana smoke despite being a “smoke-free property”, all door locks appeared to be cheaply made electronic locks and doors didn’t otherwise seem secure, and the room and bathroom was not professionally cleaned even to the standards of other budget motels. No wonder the room rate is non-refundable. Expedia staff would do well to de-list this property. After seeing this property on Expedia, I’d assumed it was a properly vetted hotel and this clearly wasn’t the case.
