「So the stay was good and comfortable and all the basic amenities were there,but when it comes to food it is very costly..normal ginger tea cost was 150rs/ for single cup,I understand hotel is situated on high altitude but the food prices were very high also you can not get taxis easily from outside of the hotel untill you have booked it from there travel desk or you have your own vehicle…rest all was good」

「Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. 」

「We visited Manali as part of our trip to India. I choose Tiaraa in Manali after a bit of research. Even though I did research, I was still a bit afraid of the place have choose to stay. I am glad I made the choice to stay at Tiaraa in Manali. As we entered the front staff made us feel welcome and directed us to our room. 「This hotel claims to be 4-star however there was no heating in rooms in December. They charged exorbitant amount for rod heaters which were not heating the room. Food was good and housekeeping staff was helpful. This is fine for a 2-star hotel and should charge as such. 」
