Horrible stay, but good restaurant.

First of all, when we checked in at 3am, rooms were dirty with dirty sheets (pictures attached). We wanted to leave the next day and the manager offered us an upgrade and convinced us to stay, he said we only need to pay for the additional taxes which we agreed. On Checkout, we were expected to pay the upgrade difference (in the name of taxes) which was day light robbery. Even though the difference in taxes was about 200 per night on all the sites where the fares were visible, the front office person Mohit (who has no skill or understanding of numbers and accounts) keeps insisting us to pay the demanded amounts with senseless arguments. He forgets he is the service industry and harassed us till no end! Only positive was the restaurant. Food was Excellent. Dont go on the ratings! The hotel is poor and under a new management which maybe better managing a laundry than a hotel.
