「This hotel is in a spectacular location, especially the view from the pool. It is close to a lot of activities. The food was delicious. The staff were very helpful!」
「This place has so much potential but there were so many little things that weren't right.
The steam room was broken the whole time.
We tried to make a reservation for a massage well in advance but received no response.
The air conditioner could not be shut off
There were no clean bathrobes and towels when we went to the spa
the indoor pool and jacuzzi did not look particularly clean
the one elevator was broken for part of our stay」
「This was a very beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast buffet and beautiful grounds. Parking is extremely limited so reserve in advance to secure a spot in their tiny garage. We did not use the spa services as we were out and about.
We had a room with a balcony and a river view and it was perfect.」
