great valiue place Sunday to Wednesday in this very remote loaction of Portugal - there is not so much to do, good Restaurants are rare but the hotel offers indoor and outdoor pool, Hamam and quite good breakfast selection (included in all rates) Downside: even it's so remote they try to charge 7,5€/day for parking - very strange way to collect extra money (would be easier in pool towels rental or breakfast extra) as outside in the streets it's free of charge....

Si disfrute de k piscina. Pero una escalera estaba en mal estado. Voy para 62 años y no me hize más que un rasguño de milagro. Se me quedó encajada la pierna entre los peldaños de la escalera y mi peso que se fue para el otro lado. No soy una persona problemática. Entiendo estás cosas. Pero tampoco tuvieron ningún detalle. Mi mujer le avisó para precintar la zona e incluso le ayude a sacar un tapón que me pidieron. Le.comprobe los otros peldaños de la otra escalera. Pero la atención buena. El sitio muy tranquilo que era lo que buscábamos. Pero a veces hay que tener un detalle. Y más con los que no somos problemáticos. Volveremos. Nos gustó el entorno y el personal.

Estadia deixou a desejar

Café da manhã bom. Atendimento da recepção ruim, cama e chuveiro bom. O problema foi o banheiro escuro, secador de cabelo preso por fita crepe e desligando sozinho e o ar condicionado não funcionou no frio porque nos disseram que estava na programação de inverno ainda, mas no dia quente, o quarto estava uma estufa e nos disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Quarto tem uma lista vista! Por ser um spa, esperava algo mais bem cuidado.

Peut mieux faire

J’ai dormi 2 nuits, le petit déjeuner est de 8h à 10h et malheureusement comme j’avais des rendez de bon heure impossible pour moi, de le prendre. Le soir pas de restaurant, obligé de prendre la voiture et aller en ville. Enfin le parking à 7€50 la nuit, beaucoup de voitures garées sur la route en vrac à l’extérieur.

Hotel bastante agradável, com todos as restrições que a pandemia exige mas mesmo assim muito confortável. Fomos primeiro fim de semana que estava aberto após o confinamento e ficamos agradavelmente surpreendidos com a organização. No buffet do pequeno almoço haviam funcionários a servirem os hóspedes, todos os funcionários de máscara, desinfectante em vários locais, etc. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a TV que não funcionava mas os funcionários prontamente tentaram resolver. A repetir, sem dúvida

Podia ser melhor mas nao está mau

Fomis recebidos à entrada com um atendimento pouco natural mas com oferta de biscoitos e refrescos. Local otimo para descansar , muito silencio no meio da natureza. O quarto duplo em que ficamos nao tinha isolamento nenhum para o quarto ao lado por estar dividido por portas de madeira. Os hospedes ao lado ficaram incomodados por apenas termos a tv ligada.l

Bien, pero sin pasarse

Hotel en un entorno excepcional, eso sí, pero con una relación calidad/precio bastante ajustada. El desayuno no es digno de un 4*, las habitaciones se hacen tardísimo, la cafetería no tiene aire acondicionado y el spa, aunque está bien, no está controlado por nadie. Eso hace que normas básicas como el uso de gorro de baño no se cumplan con demasiada frecuencia. Una pena, porque con un poquito más de atención este hotel sería excepcional. Sin embargo, actualmente hay alojamientos en Ourense con mucho más nivel por un precio similar a este

Não entrando em muitos promenores...foi mau. O que "safou" era a vista e o pequeno almoço. De resto foram problemas até ao fim, chuveiro não funcionava, piscina exterior em obras, obras todos os dias às 8 da manhã, piscina interior com mosaicos partidos.. enfim...
