「The air conditioning was rarely turned on and the room was hot and stuffy. No control of air colnd from the room unit.
Order the vegetable soup for 6 pounds. Was watered down freeze dried 'cup-a-soup'. Bloody awful.
Was refused a hot steak sandwich at 7.20pm and told by staff not available after 6pm as per the menu. Nowhere on the menu is this stated. (THEN ODERED THE SOUP INSTEAD)
Constant noise of thumping feet and furnuture being dragged accross the floor up to 11pm at night from the
floor...

「Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. 」
