Pros: nice view, quiet/private area, had most everything we needed, majority of the house was clean, plenty of sleeping options, hot tub good condition, appliances in good working order Cons: upstairs was very disappointing, the pool table didn’t have enough space so couldn’t properly play, upstairs kids bed sheets were not washed, couldn’t get WiFi or bedroom TV to work
