「Loving the wood floor. most of hotels I've stayed used carpet, which is not friendly to allergic people, and besides, wood floor can be better cleaned up than carpet floor. Bed is bigger than I expected, some hotels say queen size but actually felt like double size, this hotel has the true queen size bed, pillow are comfortable as well. Bathroom: love the rain shower, plenty of counter space, towels are big and thick but slightly harsh instead of soft, shampoo and body wash smell ok. ac/heating:...

「We love the room decor!」

「I’ve been coming to this hotel for years, and it’s always one of my favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg! This trip was extra special because I brought my 85-year-old dad, and it was his first time staying here. We both loved it! The location is perfect, right in downtown Gatlinburg, and the front porch is one of my favorite things about this hotel. Dad especially loved sitting in the rocking chairs by the fire, just relaxing and watching everything going on. There’s also a cozy fireplace...
