"We arrived a little early and went to the club room until our room was available. Nice snacks and drinks staff are lovely and very helpful. Booked the club level it is pricey but worth it. Our room was fantastic, heated bathroom floors great view bed was so comfortable. Every time we cruise out of Vancouver that’s our first pick. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Excellent location, walking distance from Granville St and Yale Town. My room was opposite the hospital, on Burrard Rd and was noisy Appreciated the free water and coffeemaker was good as well. Bed was comfortable and had it not been Labour Day, I would probably have got it for a more reasonable rate as it was pricey for a former motel."

"Great stay in a perfect location. We had a wonderful time, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is fantastic, clean, and situated right where you want to be. We would absolutely stay here again"
The St. Regis Hotel

"Overall, it was ok but I had expected more for the price. Parking was very confusing as Regis does not have their own parking lot. The interior was clean but had old vibes. Pillows were so thick and the beds felt like a poofy bag, and we couldn't get much sleep as it wasn't too comfortable. The shower water pressure was like taking a shower in an RV. The dining room was great, but the breakfast only had three choice options, and the food didn't taste anything exceptional. Staff was helpful but not too friendly. Maybe overstressed? Didn't see much staff at all. I am sure this hotel is good for some, but for us, I'll choose a different one next time."
