"Overall: Amazing staff, incredible location, and beautiful spa! Reception & Spa: We arrived prior to check in and stored our luggage after transfering things into a provided swim bag to head upstairs to the spa. The spa has 2 private shower rooms (shampoo/body wash included), so we showered and changeed into robes for incredible 50 min massages (95€ each). "We loved staying here, the owners were super friendly and booked restaurants for us. Everything is brand new and lovely and clean. The sauna with a view is fab and feels quite luxurious. The lounge is really nice too. Ski bus stop is really near and there's a boot room with plenty space. A 15 min walk to restaurants in the evening as it's not right in the centre but we enjoyed it. Or you can use the kitchen to cook if you want to. "

"Room was very clean and also the interior was clean. However the hotel would need some refurbishment, as the furniture looks run down already. The stuff was polite and helpful except the waiters. That is a shame and I have never met such unprofessionalism ever. The pool was really big and warm. Sauna/SPA great. Library and fitness was also very usable. "
