"Our recent stay was okay there was definitely room for improvement. We stay at this hotel as it is pet friendly and very accommodating. During this stay however we found the customer service lacking. On two occasions the hotel employees did not want to help us with requests. We asked for a fork and was told no forks and then we wasted water on our bed sheets and was told we have no comforters

"I had to search several floors for ice buckets as the stuff lockers on 2 different floors had none. When I did find some the plastic bags were missing. Then I had to get back in the elevator as there are only ice machines on 2 specific floors. I didn’t expect getting ice could be so difficult."
