"The staff was super helpful and kind! When we arrived we noticed our room hadn't been cleaned yet, so they immediately offered to upgrade us to a better room with a seafront view, and the whole exchange process was handled very quickly. The room itself was the "Flavie" room, very charming decor and beautiful picture windows. Loved our stay 🙂 !"
