The staff was great. Held luggage in check before we explored the city. Handled car service to the airport. Gave us extra cookies during the blizzard. This will be my go to Manhattan hotel in the future

East Village Hotel
Enjoyed our stay. Good price, nice room. Love the location. The only issue is that when showering, the water spills out all over the bathroom floor and it was hitting the wood vanity sink and completely rotting and splintering the wood.
