"We stayed 4 nights, Andres one of the staff members at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal, he helped us with room assignment instantly and gave us suggestions on how to navigate the metro and getting around the city. When we needed something he was always there to assist perfectly and professionally, such warm kindness, we would be back for the amazing service and lovely room with such a comfort!!!!"
