Had a great time there. Had 100 guests show up for for dinner one night. No expanded crew - they just took care of it - perfectly! Frau Faundorfer there for 60 years. Go there soon!

I loved it! The history at this place is amazing. Definitely recommend going to the restaurant. Servers are amazing and humorous. Infact, made friends with them and had a great time! The cleaners are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend the beer liqour shot at the restaurant in this hotel.

I have never met such a service minded and kind staff anywhere before. They always greeted me by my first name, offered safe and homely atmosphere in the most traditional and cozy Bavarian guesthouse. Since I cannot eat gluten, the «mother» of the house woke up early to bake the most wonderful and tasty gluten free buns. In the evening, they offered traditional food and drinks while listening to yodel and watching Schuhplatter. The location was perfect in the center of Partenkirchen with short way to both town centers and the Alps. I highly recommend the place. It feels like family and home here.

This hotel was magical!!!!! The decor was so unique! Quaint and cozy. Staff is so sweet helpful kind funny. Family owned. I would stay there anytime I was in the area. Food was delicious! Entertainment by locals was great. Music dancing. Perfect place to stay

The hotel was charming. I appreciated the balcony, as I was able to exercise out there and not bother anyone. We are really glad we ate dinner at the restaurant as it was a rollicking good time with accordion playing, lovely waitresses, and boys dancing in leiderhosen!

Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und hatten ein Familienzimmer, mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch das Zimmer war sehr sauber und perfekt für uns. Das Frühstück war auch super lecker und man hatte eine tolle Auswahl, so war für jeden etwas dabei. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

This was such a quaint authentic German Gasthaus nestled in the heart of the Garmisch community. We were treated to traditional German food, live music, yodeling, and dancing during the evenings. Would recommend for anyone looking for the authentic thing!

Fantastic location, excellent restaurant, fun and enjoyable entertainment, delicious breakfast, and superb service. Parking on-site was good, and proximity to shopping and restaurants was great. The shower was a tight fit, but all was very clean.

I liked the cozy feel of being family run, they were super helpful and friendly. The entertainment with dinner was fun and lively. I wish they would have had several less expensive dinner options, perhaps with smaller portions. I did not realize when I booked that there was no elevator, and being over 70, I would've requested being on the 1st floor.
