「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Stayed here four weeks ago, Room 301, what a horrible room. This time stayed in Room 305. Wow what a difference. Fantastic bed, balcony. Fridge with cool water.」

「Pas grand chose à redire sur cet établissement. Seul point un peu négatif, son environnement. Sinon les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est bonne. Le personnel est souriant et disponible. Concernant les repas, le pdj a un très bon rapport qualité/prix et le restaurant est excellent avec des produits frais et fait maison. Je recommande!」

「Hotel muito bonito , estilo clássico , quarto pequeno porém com boas roupas de cama , banheiro novo com chuveiro funcionando . Tem chá e café de cortesia no quarto . Única queixa foi a falta de máquinas de compra de bebidas e lanches, que havia sido dito que existia nas comodidades do hotel . Acordei de madrugada com fome e não tinha como comprar nada . Café da manhã ótimo e o hotel é Perto do centro histórico e do Rio . Faz -se tudo a pé .」

「We stayed for one night during our road trip in France. We booked a family room and it was very spacious, had enough comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 people. It is located further from downtown in quite green neighbourhood. In 2 minute walk from the hotel there are several restaurants. I would stay in this hotel again if ever in the area again.」
