「Amazing. Though I checked in late, Daniel handled my arrival expertly and quickly. Later in the week, Liz helped me with an abbreviated support issue I requested. Kay, who prepares the breakfast and takes care of the dining area made excellent food and kept the dining area spotless. I also enjoyed the background music. 」
