"Ladies on reception were very welcoming and more than happy to assist with any queries. Rooms and bathrooms very clean and tidy. 6th floor Balcony view of Waterpark great, mid mod store handy to have, location 6-8mins walk to Disneyland, easy flat walk. "

"Amazing stay,overnight parking is confusing for a 1st time guest. You need to scan a sign which no one tells you really. But they are posted around the facility. Entering and exiting is easy if you do this but if not it may be an issue. Had a rude parking attendant made it very difficult to come back in held up the line and refused to open the gate because my phone was in my room, and he wanted me to pay. I explained several times they told me I pay upon check out, he said I had the wrong parking slip and I had to pay and the people waiting behind me could go to another lane. After several minutes a nice attendant let came across and let me in. Besides the parking guy every staff I encountered was warm helpful and friendly. I did send a email about my charges and haven’t heard anything back I have an extra 88 charge besides my bill . My son loved it and I would definitely go back."
