"La verdad que estoy muy disgustado ya que hice mi reservación a traves de EXPEDIA y al llegar al hotel la reserva no aparecía pero me tomaron la tarjeta y me dijeron que seguro llegaría y sino me lo cobrarían a la tarjeta. para mi sorpresa al hacer check out el hotel pe dijo que la "Nueva Administracion" ..."
